2.1 3-axle Benz chassis

2.12 Flexible Suspension Pumping System
The connection between hopper and sub-frame adopts pivoted axle and adds flexible damping device, which absorbs the vibration produced when the core pumping system works, reduces the influence of pumping system on the vibration of superstructure and boom and thus largely extends the service life of structural parts and hydraulic parts.
2.13 Anti-blockage hopper device
It uses hydrodynamic simulation system to realize a new generation of hopper design, which ensures the smooth flow in the interior cavity of hopper and easy material flowing. Meanwhile, anti-blockage plate is added in the blind agitating area to thoroughly eliminate the problems of blockage and dead angle, etc. It uses a new type of mould pressing hopper soleplate, has smooth and easy inner wall, installs anti-blockage devices and fits a new type of agitating blade, which improves suction efficiency and greatly reduces blockage.
2.14 Auto-compensation technology of wear ring
The auto-compensation wear ring adopts elastic rubber material which is arranged between the spectacle wear plate and the wear ring and can forge ahead automatically in real time to compensate the wearing clearance between the above mentioned two parts, and thus can keep sealing reliable, eliminate slurry leakage and ensure the efficient pumping.
2.15 Anti-tipping protection
The electronic level meter and pressure sensor installed can monitor the pump truck inclination and change in real time and the controller can automatically analyze inclination angle and stabilizer pressure and estimate the possibility of overall machine tipping over; when the longitudinal inclination exceeds 5° and lateral inclination exceeds 3°, or the inclination angle changes quickly during pumping work, the controller will give a warning automatically.
2.16 Intelligent pumping buffer system
In the process of reversing, the computer electro-hydraulic proportional control intelligent pumping buffer technology, through the differential pressure induction and computer secondary adjustment, automatically control the pumping displacement in the reversing process multiple times to achieve two pumping speeds. The secondary soft brake and soft start, the pumping reversing impact is small, the pumping stability is high, the system pressure peak is completely eliminated, and the service life of the hydraulic component is greatly lengthened. The boom work is more stable. The vibration amplitude of the boom is lower than that of the peers, and the control is within 200mm. The current industry standard level is 300mm.
2.17 Integrated control of hydraulic system
High integration of control function into one control valve makes the line arrangement more compact, significantly reduces connecting lines, greatly lowers the possibility of line leakage, achieves higher reliability of system seal, and significantly reduces users' later maintenance costs.
2.18 Full filtering
All loop tanks are equipped with full filtering system of oil suction and oil return which ensures system cleanness, prolongs service life of hydraulic elements and hydraulic oil, and generates higher operational reliability of hydraulic system.
2.19 Hydraulic oil automatic cooling
When hydraulic oil temperature reaches 55ºC, the oil radiator sensor automatically turns on the cooling fan to bring oil temperature down; when the system temperature reaches 90ºC, the main pump sensor will cut off the pumping work to protect hydraulic system.
2.20 Agitating device automatic reversion
During agitating, if agitating device blade is blocked by big stones, oil pressure will go up fast; the pressure relay switch sends a signal; the solenoid change valve changes direction and the agitating device motor turns in reverse direction; after 1s~3s delay for the obstacle taken off, the electro-magnet resets and the agitating motor rotates normally, thus efficiently protect agitating device motor and oil pump against damage.
2.21 Excellent Man-Machine Interface
The electrical system adopts imported controller and is equipped with imported LCD which can dynamically and timely display and record various working parameters, such as engine rev., hydraulic oil temperature, pumping displacement, pumping working condition, pumping cycles, and pumping time, and it can also store various historic records for equipment performance.
2.22 Boom, stabilizer, base structure and turret, etc. adopt 90kg high strength structural steel, with higher reliability.

4. Features
4.1 Chassis
It is equipped with original Benz 3-axle chassis of Euro III emission standard. Designed according to heavy duty off-road chassis, it is applicable to complex road surface of China's construction sites.
4.2 Structural parts
4.2.1 Placing boom
Using the independently developed computer simulation optimization algorithm of pump truck boom, each hinge structure is in the optimal state, the boom structure layout is compact, the arm is easy to extend, the boom cloth range is wide, the cloth is flexible, the maximum vertical cloth height can reach 50.5 meters.
4.2.2 Turret
The turret is plate-type box-type structure, adopting high- strength structural steel. The upper is connected with placing boom and the lower with base structure through slewing bearing. It can realize ±270°swing.
4.2.3 Swinging base
It is a plate frame large box structure, steel imports high strength steel.Upper slewing support, rear sub-frame.The front and rear supporting legs and their swing cylinders are hinged on the base.
4.2.4 Outrigger
The front outriggers are Arc-type 1-level telescoping type, the rear ones swing type. The cross-section is box type reinforced structure.
4.2.5 Sub-frame
The sub-frame rear section has catwalks, the middle is connected with core pump water tank and the rear with core pump hopper and upper/lower and left/right pedals; the car-body and sub-frame are connected through connecting pieces. The connecting pieces are welded with subframe and connected with car-body with high-strength bolts.
4.2.6 Hopper
It uses a new hopper, large swing tube, large diameter, greatly reduce the pumping resistance, improve the suction adequacy and absorption efficiency.
4.2.7 Delivery pipe
The passageway for concrete pumping is cast in high wear-resistance material. With the inner surface high-frequency quenched, it has a service life of 30,000m³.
4.3 Swivel device
4.3.1 Slewing bearing
The slewing bearing is externally meshed slewing bearing of double-row ball type by Ma An Shan Tongli, which can swing ±270°continuously; the roller track is waterproof and dustproof.
4.3.2 Slewing reducer
It adopts the slewing reducer by Ningbo Zhongyi Co., Ltd., featuring compact structure, heavy load bearing capacity and high efficiency of transmission.
4.4 Rock valve pumping system
The core pumping system consists of pumping cylinder, water tank, concrete delivery cylinder and other parts. The pumping cylinder, Water tank, concrete delivery cylinder and hopper are fixed together by lead-screws and connecting bolts.
4.4.1 Pumping cylinder
The design of main cylinder guide sleeve seal adopts XCMG patented seal technology, easy for assembly and disassembly; the guide sleeve seal can be replaced with no need of removing the main cylinder and thus can reduce the replacing time greatly, which is unique in the industry.
4.4.2 Water tank
During pumping operation, the water tank should be filled up with water to cool and lubricate the piston head; the core pumping system is connected with the sub-frame through the water tank.
4.4.3 Concrete delivery cylinder
Concrete is sucked in from hopper and then pumped into delivery pipe. It has special treatment on inner surface for high wear-resistance.
4.4.4 Rock valve
It adopts advanced rock valve technology, making concrete flow smoothly and bearing force good. One-side wear makes structural wear low. And the wear can be repaired by bead weld, with long service life.
4.4.5 Agitating device
The agitating device uses single side motor for drive and the motor installation and positioning is ensured by the machining tolerance of flange and shaft, not by the adjustment of assembly. When replacement of blade, S-transfer tube and other components needs removing motor, the precision is easily kept, and thus the motor shaking is avoided and the motor working reliability is improved.
4.5 Hydraulic System
The pumping hydraulic system is the latest open constant power variable control system. It adopts electro-hydraulic proportional reversing intelligent buffer technology. The system is simple, no impact and low oil temperature. With full hydraulic reversing technology, the reversing of the main cylinder and the swing cylinder during the pumping process is fully hydraulically controlled with high reliability. The high-low pressure automatic switching technology is adopted to switch between no hydraulic oil leakage and no pollution. The hydraulic system of the boom is a variable-pump electro-hydraulic proportional remote-load-sensitive control system. The pilot-reduced pressure-balanced balance valve makes the boom easy to operate, flexible, with good micro-motion and low power loss. The boom is running smoothly and the vibration is small.
4.6 Electric System
The whole machine is equipped with color display screen, which can dynamically display various working parameters of the equipment, record various working history of the equipment in real time, and function of fault alarm and automatic cutting off working state.
It is equipped with HBC remote control, portable, easy to operate, integration of multiple functions, can achieve a variety of functions of remote operation, increase the convenience of operation, at the same time with the industry unique stepless remote control of pumping work.
The system can achieve automatic control of engine speed, automatic idle, energy saving effect is good;And can realize the hydraulic oil temperature automatic control.
4.7 Automatic Lubrication System
The imported progressive lubrication system can give grease to each key lubrication point from point to point, by time and ration. The vehicle has a self maintenance mechanism for longer service life.
Lubrication points: tube swing, mixing system, pump cylinder.
4.8 Cleaning System
Water tank of large capacity can avoid lack of water on construction site; high-pressure water pump can facilitate after-work cleaning of pumping system, delivery pipe and overall vehicle.
4.9 Radiator System
The radiator is driven by hydraulic motor and has an automatic checking device; when the oil temperature reaches the system specified 55ºC, the radiator motor starts running to reduce system oil temperature, so as to ensure the normal work of hydraulic system and increase the service life of hydraulic components.
4.10 Safety Protection Systems
4.10.1 Engine overload protection
The system has a power limit valve; when engine overload occurs, pump can automatically reduce delivery so as to avoid damage to the engine.
4.10.2 Engine low speed protection technology
When the engine is lower than 800 rpm, there is no pumping to avoid that engine runs with load at low speed to prolong the service life of engine.
4.10.3 Main pump overload protection
The system has a pressure cut-off valve; the system pressure will reach the highest when pump is clogged; at this time main pump displacement will automatically return to zero to avoid overflow heat loss; engine in low load state and delivery pressure pulsation impact is easy to resolve pipe clogging; if it has no pressure cut-off valve, the engine will be in max. load state and even shutdown, so as to reduce the engine service life.
4.10.4 Hydraulic oil automatic cooling
When hydraulic oil temperature reaches 55ºC, the oil radiator sensor automatically turns on the cooling fan to bring oil temperature down; when the system temperature reaches 90ºC, the main pump sensor will cut off the pumping work to protect hydraulic system.
4.10.5 Pump suction protection
When oil level is too low or filter element is dirty, a vacuum meter will give warning to remind you of adding oil or replacing filter element, which can greatly reduce the possibility of pump suction and extend the service life of pump. 
4.10.6 Agitating device automatic reversion

4.10.7 Automatic centralized lubrication protection
The lubrication system can use thin hydraulic oil for lubrication when users forget to refill lubricating oil.
4.10.8 Anti-tipping safety protection
The electronic level meter and pressure sensor installed can conduct real-time monitor of the pump truck inclination and change and the controller can automatically analyze inclination angle and stabilizer pressure and estimate the possibility of overall machine tipping over; when the longitudinal inclination exceeds 5° and lateral inclination exceeds 3°, or the inclination angle changes rapidly during pumping work, the controller will give a warning automatically.
The controller can also conduct real-time monitor of the force received by each stabilizer. When the force-applied stabilizer is less than two, the controller can automatically send a warning signal and restrict boom operation. Thus the safety and intelligent level of pump truck operation are improved.
